Pools for regional competitions were drawn tonight at training with Norwich Knights Korfball Club. Each competition has 11 entered teams and therefore has been split randomly into one pool of 6 teams and one pool of 5 teams. The draw was conducted at random and witnessed by a number of external verifiers. Rob Bloomer (Chairman) and Charlie Vogwill (Development Officer) oversaw proceedings.
Teams will play each other team in their pool. In each event the placing games will then take the following format:
A1, A2 and B1 play for 1st, 2nd and 3rd (all qualify and are seeded 1st, 2nd and 3rd)
A3 and B2 play for 4th and 5th (both qualify, winner is seeded 4th)
A4 and B3 play for 6th and 7th (both qualify)
A5 and B4 play for 8th and 9th (winner qualifies)
